Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of a malignant tumor of the digestive system, staged according to the clinical diagnostic staging criteria established by the Chinese Society for Radiation Oncology. 2.Aged 18 years or older. 3.Conscious and able to communicate normally. 4.Regular outpatient follow-up (every 1–3 months in the first year, and every 2–6 months in the second year) with complete clinical and follow-up data available. 5.Voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of concomitant malignancies other than the primary digestive system tumor under study.
