Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants were Miao people, healthy individuals, had no blood relationship, and had no history of external marriage within three generations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All participants signed the informed consent form and met the inclusion criteria. If any item did not meet the criteria, they would be excluded.
