Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >= 18 years hospitalized for treatment; 2.confirmed by physicians to be able to cooperate with completing the questionnaire, grip strength test, chair stand test, and DXA measurement, and without severe cognitive impairment; 3. voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe mental illness or who are unable to complete the assessment; 2.non-consent or refusal to participate in the study; 3.patients unable to complete required tests, questionnaires, or follow-ups; 4.users of medications that affect body weight and body composition.
