Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Control Group: 1.No history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, glucose metabolism abnormalities, overweight or obesity, cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, heart failure, renal insufficiency, or peripheral vascular disease;2. No gender restrictions, aged >= 18 and = 18 and <= 75 years. 3. Presence of at least one of the following metabolic abnormalities: overweight or obesity, prediabetes, or diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Factors preventing the conduct of respiratory and swallowing function tests, such as limb edema, injury, prosthesis, peripheral circulatory insufficiency (e.g., acute hypotension, hypothermia), presence of a cardiac pacemaker, or currently undergoing infusion, blood transfusion, or hemodialysis; 2. Incomplete clinical data; 3. Inability to cooperate with researchers to complete the respiratory and swallowing function examinations.
