18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma. 2. >= age 18 years of age; 3. Plan to accept the initial radical radiotherapy in our hospital, regardless of whether chemotherapy; 4. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score 70 or higher; 5. Be able to use normal to communicate in the language or languages, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active oral infection before radiotherapy; 2. Used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics or antifungal drugs in the past 4 weeks; 3. The head or neck previously received radiotherapy; 4. Distant metastasis (such as the liver, bone, brain matastasis); 5. Serious uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., liver failure, kidney failure, severe immunodeficiency); 6. Mental illness, intellectual disabilities or other may cause physical or psychological barriers of cognitive dysfunction; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients.
