Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who underwent neuropsychological scale assessment and brain MRI examination at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, between January 2020 and November 2025. 2.Data records are relatively complete, with a missing rate of <=30% for key study variables (e.g., imaging data, biochemical indicators, demographic information, neuropsychological scales, necessary questionnaire items). 3.Included records have no prior history of severe organic cardiocerebral diseases (based on medical records, primarily referring to: malignant tumors (non-cured/end-stage), severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA Class III-IV), significant functional disability due to severe cerebrovascular disease sequelae, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a severe lack of basic data (such as unique identification, key demographic information, and core indicators of detection) or who cannot be effectively anonymized.
