Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years; Undergoing elective non-neurosurgical major surgeries (such as gastrointestinal, gynecological, and urological surgeries) that are expected to require urinary catheterization for more than 24 hours under general anesthesia; Signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There was a clear history of neurogenic bladder, severe prostatic hyperplasia causing urinary retention, and chronic urinary retention/urinary incontinence before the surgery; long-term use of anticholinergic drugs or beta receptor agonists for the treatment of OAB before the surgery; cognitive impairment preventing the completion of the questionnaire; participation in other interventional clinical trials.
