Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2. Have been continuously taking the target neuro-psychiatric drugs (with single drug treatment) for more than 7 half-lives and reached a steady state; 3. Have no severe complications affecting drug metabolism such as severe liver or kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular diseases, etc.; 4. Have completed two blood concentration samplings within a short period of time, including the standard time (12 - 16 hours) and the non-standard sampling time; 5. Clinical data and blood sampling information are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use other drugs that affect the metabolism of the target drug simultaneously; 2. There are situations such as non-compliance in medication, inaccurate or incomplete recording of blood collection time, or non-cooperation; 3. The blood samples have problems like hemolysis or contamination, which affect the detection results of the concentration; 4. The clinical data is incomplete, making it impossible to complete the data organization and analysis.
