Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological examination confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma; 2.Immunohistochemistry (IHC) showed HER-2 (++) or fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) positive; 3.Modified radical mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery; 4.Received standardized chemotherapy regimen containing anthracyclines and taxanes during and after surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stage IV metastatic breast cancer; 2. Has received anti-HER-2 treatment; 3. Cardiac dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%); 4. Has other malignant tumors.
