Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis confirmed by positive results from mycobacterium culture or molecular testing (such as PCR, TB-Xpert, TB-DNA, TB-RNA, etc.). 2) Surgical intervention was performed for cervical lymph node tuberculosis, and standard anti-tuberculosis drugs were also administered simultaneously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Exploration and resection of deep cervical masses. These surgeries have narrow indications and are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study. 2) Exclusion of non-standard cervical lymph node dissections: such as when the surgical records only mention the dissection of a few local lymph nodes without specifying the exact scope, they should be excluded. 3) Exclusion of surgeries performed for diagnosis (even if a complete dissection was carried out to remove the lesion).
