Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary breast cancer. 2.Scheduled to receive their first cycle of adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital. 3.Classified as American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM stage I to III. 4.Aware of their disease diagnosis and condition. 5.Aged 18 years or older. 6.No impairments in language communication or cognitive function. 7.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe comorbidities, such as severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction. 2.History of other prior malignancies. 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Coexisting with other known conditions that may cause taste alterations or affect nutritional status, such as severe autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or chronic oral diseases. 5.Concurrent participation in another interventional clinical trial.
