18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–65 years; 2.Meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders; 3.Providing written informed consent and agreeing to the collection of clinical data (including medical history, biological samples, demographic information, neurotransmitter measurements, etc.); 4.Able to complete psychological assessments; 5.No use of antidepressant medication within the past month; 6.Planning to receive outpatient follow-up management at this hospital for =6 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe physical illness or neurological disease; 2.Comorbid schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other major psychotic disorders; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Use of antidepressant medication or physical therapies within the past month; 5.Unable to cooperate with psychological assessments or unwilling to provide clinical data;
