18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with confirmed diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma by combining preoperative imaging and postoperative pathology; 2. single or multiple tumours with clear clinical symptoms or asymptomatic patients with rapidly increasing tumour diameters (average annual increase =2cm); 3. Eighteen to sixty-five years old; 4. preoperative Child-Pugh score <= 7; 5. patients who can undergo both laparoscopic resection and open resection for hepatic hemangioma treatment; 6. Normal cardiopulmonary function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of preoperative treatment of hepatic hemangioma; 2. no informed consent; 3. Infectious diseases;
