Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18–70 years old, regardless of gender 2.ASA physical status classification: Grade ?–? 3.Type of surgery: Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy 4.Informed consent: Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2.Including pregnancy or lactation period, history of drug allergy, previous postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) score >= 3, preoperative use of opioids, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, or intolerance to general anesthesia.
