18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–45 years; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5–24 kg/m²; 3. No history of cardiovascular, metabolic, hepatic or renal disorders, or acute/chronic inflammatory conditions; 4. No recent (within 1 month) use of medications or supplements affecting metabolism (e.g. hormonal agents, high-dose vitamins).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers, heavy drinkers, or individuals with specific dietary requirements; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Patients unable to provide informed consent; 4. Those experiencing language barriers or difficulties in communication and comprehension.
