Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. within 12 h of the onset of the first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) (or ischaemic symptoms persisted even after 12 h); 2. Age 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 3. Patients with acute infarction who are to undergo emergency PCI within the effective time window; 4. Successful re-flow after intervention (TIMI flow grade 3); 5. Understanding and signing the informed consent form; 6. NYHA cardiac function class III-IV (refer to the cardiac function class of the New York Heart Association).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a previous history of coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. patients with cardiogenic shock; 3. patients with systolic blood pressure (SBP) 51 µmol/L in liver function, GFR < 15 mL/min/1.73m² in renal function or on dialysis); 7. History of allergy or intolerance to rhBNP drugs; 8. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency requiring long-term dialysis; 9. Pregnant/nursing women; 10. Participants in other studies;
