Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing elective transurethral prostatectomy 2 Age 18 and above 3 ASA classification levels I-III 4 BMI18-25kg/m^2 ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Refusing to sign the informed consent form 2 Allergic to experimental drugs 3 Abnormal vital signs or abnormal clinical laboratory test results 4 Long term use of opioid drugs, painkillers, sedatives, or a history of alcohol abuse ? Having mental illness or inability to communicate.
