Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dosage of anesthetic drugs (propofol, remifentanil, sufentanil);Each time interval: Duration of nerve block procedures for groups B and C; anesthesia duration (from start to end), surgery duration (from skin incision to skin closure), recovery time (from end of anesthesia to resumption of spontaneous breathing or movement), and extubation time (from recovery to removal of the endotracheal tube).;Number of PCIA presses, type and amount of rescue analgesic used, and number of rescue doses;Visual analogue scale;the time of first pressing the analgesic pump, the time of first getting out of bed and walking, the time of first anal exhaust, the time of first eating; Time of tube removal; Record the time from the end of the procedure to the discharge;Number of adverse reactions;
