Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed endoscopically with acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANVUGIB) of a clearly identified cause. 2.Age >=65 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unknown medical history and incomplete clinical data; 2.Cases with pre-existing chronically elevated troponin levels, such as those due to acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or chronic myocardial injury; 3.Prognostic assessment is challenging in end-stage disease.
