Conditions

Women experience an early decline in the quantity and quality of oocytes, mainly manifested as a reduction in antral follicles in the ovaries, a decrease in anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), fluctuations in sex hormone levels, changes in menstruation, and a decline in fertility.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the DOR experimental group: (1) Referring to the diagnostic criteria for ovarian aging in the "Position Statement on Ovarian Reserve Function Testing and Interpretation" released by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in 2020 and the "Selection and Application of Reproductive Endocrine Disease Examination Items" in 2016, based on anti-mullerian hormone, A comprehensive assessment was conducted on AMH, AFC and basal follicle stimulating hormone (bFSH) levels. Any one of the following diagnostic criteria must be met: ?10IU/L = 7;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: The group is excluded if any of the following conditions are met: 1 Patients with hypertension or diabetes; 2. Patients with uterine malformations: unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus, double uterus, septate uterus, etc. 3 PGT cycle; 4. Complete or partial freezing cycles of oocytes; 5. Missing core data. Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: Any one of the following conditions is met to be excluded: 1 Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Patients with hypertension and diabetes; 3. Patients with uterine malformations: unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus, double uterus, septate uterus, etc. 4 PGT cycle; 5. Missing core data. Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: Any one of the following conditions is met to be excluded: 1) Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Patients with hypertension and diabetes; 3.
