18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years, excluding organic encephalopathy, history of substance abuse and severe cardiorespiratory disease; 2. PSQI >= 7 and meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; 3. No patients with psychiatric disorders; 4. signed informed consent for the study by themselves or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anaesthetics such as ropivacaine 2. Coagulation disorders (INR >1.5 or platelets 170 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >105 mmHg without antihypertensive medication, or SBP >160 mmHg and/or DBP >100 mmHg with antihypertensive medication], aneurysm, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, Adams-stokes syndrome, New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac class > III, severe superior vena cava obstruction syndrome, pericardial effusion, acute myocardial ischaemia, unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction within the last 6 months prior to screening, history of tachycardia/bradycardia requiring pharmacological treatment, degree II-III atrioventricular block (excluding pacemaker use). 5. Serious diseases of the liver, kidney, lungs and other organs. 6. Patients with central nervous system diseases, sleep apnoea syndrome and other types of sleep disorders. 7. MRI contraindications;
