Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with acute intracranial artery occlusion and underwent percutaneous intracranial artery thrombectomy and/or emergency intracranial artery stent implantation within the time window of mechanical thrombectomy in accordance with the guidelines between January 01, 2019 and December 01, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were treated in the Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases of our hospital from January 01, 2019 to December 01, 2025, and were diagnosed with acute intracranial artery occlusion that did not meet the guidelines within the time window of mechanical thrombectomy.
