Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-65; 3. ASA I-II; 4. BMI 18-28 kg/m^2; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression; 2. Severe impairment of heart, liver, and kidney functions; 3. People with difficulties in understanding speech; 4. Allergic to remimazolam, dexmedetomidine, or opioids, with alcohol addiction, or long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 5. History of chronic pain;
