Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. the age range is 13-18 years old; 3. a score of >=6 on the Beck Suicide Ideation Scale (BSI-CV); 4. patients and guardians were willing to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to rTMS/SAINT treatment (including organic brain diseases, severe somatic diseases, craniocerebral trauma, epilepsy or other such conditions; presence of metallic implants in the body); 2.Patients with scalp injuries or severe skin diseases in the area where electroencephalogram (EEG) electrodes are applied; 3.Patients comorbid with other severe mental disorders, including substance use disorders, schizophrenia and neurodevelopmental retardation; 4.Patients who have received other physical therapies (such as electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, vagus nerve stimulation, etc.) in the past six months; 5.Patients with hearing impairment or those who are unable to cooperate with the study;
