Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Enroll patients from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Gastroenterology in our hospital, aged 18 to 65 years old, with a confirmed diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection and metabolism-associated fatty liver disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous pharmacologic eradication therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection; 2.hypersensitivity to any agent used in H. pylori eradication therapy; 3.presence of bacterial, viral or fungal infections requiring pharmacologic treatment; 4.history of liver cirrhosis, hepatic surgery or liver transplantation; 5.history of gastrointestinal tract neoplasms; 6.and patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or renal insufficiency.
