Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of a closed, neurovascularly intact supracondylar humeral fracture confirmed by imaging; 2. Age 3–6 years, any gender; 3. Managed non-surgically; 4. Complete clinical data available; 5. Both the child and their legal guardian voluntarily participated in the study and provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to fully comply with the study; 2. With other serious physical diseases; 3. With mental impairment or coexisting psychiatric disorders.
