Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent hepatectomy and were pathologically confirmed to have hepatocellular carcinoma; 2.First embolization treatment, administered between January 2022 and October 2025; 3.Complete clinical, laboratory, and imaging data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary liver cancer or presence of other concurrent malignant tumors; 2.Prior embolization, ablation, radiotherapy, or systemic therapy before surgery;
