Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 18 and 30 years old. 2 Must be a university team athlete from a higher education institution in Macau or Mainland China. 3 Research data must be complete with no missing information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with physical or medical limitations, those who have suffered any form of injury in the past six weeks, or those who have undergone any musculoskeletal surgery will be excluded.
