Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged>=18 years, male or female; 2. Having undergone thyroid lobectomy/total thyroidectomy plus unilateral/bilateral central lymph node dissection; 3.Complete data of parathyroid function-related evaluation indicators before and after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete data; 2. Preoperative examination or intraoperative findings of tumor invasion into the esophagus, trachea, recurrent laryngeal nerve, or major cervical blood vessels; 3. Patients with clearly diagnosed parathyroid diseases or other calcium-phosphorus metabolism-related diseases before surgery; 4. Patients with benign thyroid lesions; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Complicated with other malignant tumors.
