Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with hypospadias and underwent repair surgery; 2.Age over 12 years old and entered puberty (Tanner stage II or above); 3.At least 5 years of complete follow-up data (including more than 3 hormone tests after surgery).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chromosomal abnormalities; 2.Combined with severe systemic diseases or endocrine disorders.
