Gold Standard:Pathologically confirmed diagnosis based on biopsy evidence obtained via puncture or surgery.
Index test:A prediction model for HER2 expression status in breast cancer based on ultrasound radiomic features (including the radiomic signature and the clinical-radiomic combined nomogram).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer by surgery or biopsy in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2025; 2.Patients who underwent breast ultrasound examination within two weeks before surgery in our hospital, with images of adequate quality; 3.Patients with complete clinical and pathological data, including definitive HER2 status (IHC/FISH).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had received neoadjuvant therapy; 2.Patients who had undergone radiotherapy, hormonal therapy, or chemotherapy, as these treatments may alter the growth and blood supply of breast lesions; 3.Patients with incomplete clinical or pathological data; 4.Patients with poor-quality ultrasound images.
