Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Engaged in clinical nursing work in the hospital with at least 1 year of work experience; 3.Currently working rotational shifts (including night shifts); 4.Volunteered to participate in the study and provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vulnerable populations (other than the researcher's subordinates and staff), including individuals with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, critical illness, or pregnant women; 2.Nurses working in the hospital for less than 1 year due to reasons such as advanced studies or standardized training.
