Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically confirmed keloids, where the skin lesions are located on non-plantar areas of the body, with lesion dimensions of at least 3 cm × 2 cm in both the longitudinal and transverse axes, and who have not received any prior local or systemic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of corticosteroid injections, chronic skin diseases, metabolic disorders, autoimmune diseases, and malignant tumors.
