Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Local permanent residents (who have resided in the community for =1 year and have not relocated during the study period); 3. Conscious and able to communicate and express normally; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious psychological disorders or mental illnesses present; 2. Accompanied by severe chronic diseases such as heart failure, respiratory failure, liver cirrhosis, renal failure, etc; 3. Individuals who are unable to take care of themselves and have limited daily activities; 4. Those who are currently participating in or have participated in other research projects within the past 30 days.
