Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years and above; 2. Sustained an ankle fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anti-osteoporotic therapy (bisphosphonates/estrogens, etc.) for >3 months in 2 years; 2. Subjects with spine/bilateral ankle severe trauma/bone tumors, unable to undergo stable scanning; 3. Subjects with bilateral foot developmental abnormalities/implants/trauma/deformities impairing ankle joint structure; 4. Subjects with severe endocrine diseases (hyperparathyroidism, etc.) or long-term use of bone metabolism-related drugs (hormonal/anti-osteoporotic drugs).
