Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. sign an informed consent form to voluntarily enroll in this study; 2. patients with unresectable or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by imaging, histology or cytology, or progressed after surgery and/or local treatment; 3. age >= 18 years; 4. no prior systemic therapy or postoperative adjuvant therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma for more than 6 months; 5. receiving treatment with karelizumab and apatinib mesylate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients currently participating in any interventional study outside of routine clinical practice. 3.Other circumstances deemed inappropriate for study enrollment by the investigator.
