18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese nationality, with the intention to undergo serial prenatal examinations and inpatient delivery at this hospital 2. BMI between 18.5~23.9 kg/m^2 3. Singleton pregnancy 4. Spontaneous conception 5. Clear last menstrual period (LMP) and regular menstrual cycle 6. No complications or comorbidities 7. No smoking history in the 3 months before pregnancy or during pregnancy 8. No alcohol abuse during pregnancy 9. No history of preterm birth(4500 g) 10.No history of fetal or neonatal death, and no history of fetal malformation 11.No history of preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, or other pregnancy-related diseases 12.No clinically significant atypical red blood cell alloantibodies 13.Negative routine urine test 14.SBP < 140 mmHg and DBP < 90 mmHg 15.HGB=110 g/L 16.No sexually transmitted diseases 17.No history of exposure to chemical or toxic substances
