Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: Must meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (including ischemic and hemorrhagic types) as outlined in "Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases", and be confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Disease course stage: First onset, with a disease duration of less than 6 months, and unilateral limb paralysis exists; 3. Age range: 18-79 years old, gender not restricted; 4. Functional impairment: There is clear balance and transfer dysfunction (Berg Balance Scale score ranging from 10 to 40); 5. Capable of understanding and cooperating with simple instructions (Mini-Mental State Examination MMSE = 24 points).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or other serious internal diseases; 2. Accompanied by other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease, etc. that severely affect balance and motor functions; 3. The affected limb has severe joint contractures, deformities, and pain, and is unable to undergo functional training; 4. Has a history of epilepsy, brain surgery, or is intolerant to transcranial magnetic therapy; 5. Severe cognitive or communication disorders, unable to cooperate with assessment and training; 6. Participates in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
