Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and parents can participate in general physical activities. 2. During the intervention period, the attendance rate can be guaranteed to be no less than 80%. 3. Family members are willing to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and physical fitness assessment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are diseases related to clear sports contraindications; 2. Currently participating in other systematic sports intervention programs; 3. Failure to complete the assessment or poor expected compliance.
