Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of heart failure (such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, edema), BNP greater than 100, HFpEF score greater than 6 points; 2. BMI > 30 kg/m^2 (2 points), atrial fibrillation (whether paroxysmal or persistent, 3 points), hypertension treated with >= 2 types of medication (1 point), pulmonary artery systolic pressure > 35 mmHg (1 point), age > 60 years (1 point), and E/e' > 9 (1 point); a total score of 6 or more points confirms the diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In the absence of ischemia, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, high output heart failure, or clinically significant pulmonary disease.
