Conditions

This study focuses on patients with a single non-restorable tooth in the esthetic zone accompanied by a buccal bone wall defect. It aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment using the flapped bone grafting combined with immediate implant placement and provisionalization. The research will primarily assess changes in the thickness of the buccal bone plate around the implant, al
