Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnoses of femoral head necrosis, osteoarthritis, femoral head fractures, etc. are clear. 2. Age: 40 to 80 years old, with symptoms of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes well controlled. 3. Good compliance and cooperation in clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with neuropathic pain who are currently using or are considered by their doctors to need anticonvulsant or antidepressant drugs (such as those with tumors compressing the nerve trunk, plexus, or spinal cord); 2. Analgesic drugs other than those under study, including NSAIDs, are currently in use or are considered necessary by a doctor. 3. There are unstable concomitant diseases; Or patients with functional disorders of important organs; 4. Unable to cooperate with patients who have poor compliance.
