Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–60 years old; 2. Meet the clinical diagnosis of acute ankle sprain; 3. Injury occurred within 3 weeks and no professional rehabilitation training has been received; 4. Eligible participants can sign the informed consent form themselves, voluntarily participate, and commit to completing follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ankle surgery or trauma; 2. Suffering from neurological diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or other conditions that may affect lower limb movement; 3. History of deep vein thrombosis or other circulatory disorders; 4. Participation in other studies that may affect ankle joint function; 5. Individuals with deafness, severe speech disorders, or other conditions preventing cooperation with examinations; 6. Presence of metal implants or other contraindications for MRI.
