Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR); 2. Initial total knee arthroplasty (TKA) treatment; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grading stage III-IV; 4. Complete data and the ability to adhere to outpatient follow-up or telephone follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who need to use restrictive prostheses or modified prostheses; 2. There is a history of osteotomy around the knee joint in the past; 3. Inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 4. Post-traumatic arthritis; 5. Combined with severe lumbar or hip joint lesions (affecting functional assessment); 6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 7. BMI>40kg/m^².
