Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years. (2) Scheduled to undergo cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. (3) Normal cognitive function and ability to cooperate in completing the interview. (4) Voluntary participation in this study with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe physical activity impairment. (2) Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, or illiterates. (3) Subjects voluntarily withdraw from this study. (4) The investigator deems the subject unsuitable to continue participation in this study.
