Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Currently enrolled as a student at Sichuan University, to ensure sample homogeneity and facilitate management. 2.Voluntary participation in this research project with the ability to actively cooperate and engage. 3.As the study involves weekly use of an online intervention system, participants must ensure they have at least one free evening per week during the six-week research period to complete the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unwillingness to participate in this research project, to respect their autonomy and uphold ethical standards. 2.Inability to properly use relevant electronic devices (e.g., internet, mobile phones, computers). 3.Students who cannot guarantee having free time each week during the six-week research period to complete the sleep intervention are not suitable for this study.
