Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Cancer Patients: 1) Patients with a pathological or cytological diagnosis of cancer; 2) Age: Females >= 20 years old; Males >= 22 years old; 3) Patients who have undergone surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or other comprehensive cancer treatments; 4) Conscious and alert, with some ability to comprehend written material or express oneself; 5) Married, with a living spouse who is willing and able to participate in this study; 6) Being fully informed about their medical condition and diagnosis, and having provided informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study. Inclusion for Spouses of Cancer Patients: 1) The partner has been pathologically or cytologically diagnosed with cancer; 2) Age: Females >= 20 years old; Males >= 22 years old; 3) Primary caregiver for the patient; 4) Conscious and alert, with some ability to comprehend written material or express oneself; 5) Be aware of their partner's medical condition and diagnosis, and provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Cancer Patients: 1) Concurrent severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or other diseases; 2) Severe visual, auditory, and speech impairments that prevent completion of the survey; 3) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders, mental disorders, or impaired consciousness; 4) Repeated hospitalizations. Exclusion Criteria for Spouses of Cancer Patients: 1) Concurrent severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or other diseases; 2) Severe visual, auditory, and speech impairments that prevent completion of the survey; 3) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders, mental disorders, or impaired consciousness.
