Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients with an established artificial airway, 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. No reintubation within 48 hours; 4. No pre-existing oral diseases or bleeding prior to intubation; 5. Voluntary participation by the patient or their family members. Nurses: 1. Frontline clinical nurses; 2. Informed and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients scheduled for extubation; 2. Patients without a subglottic secretion drainage device. Nurses: 1. ICU work experience less than 1 year; 2. Nurses on rotational placements or internships; 3. Nurses absent from duty for various reasons (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave, personal leave); 4. Members of the review committee.
