Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Policymakers Government staff at the municipal, district, and subdistrict/town levels are responsible for formulating policies related to the establishment of professional mental health social work stations and mental health social work teams, including personnel from health and civil affairs departments. 2. Service providers Actual providers of services at professional mental health social work stations, including mental health social workers, subdistrict/town coordinators, mental health prevention personnel, and other staff primarily based in psychiatric hospitals and communities, as well as leaders of third-party social organizations that deliver these services. 3. Service recipients (patients and their families) (1) Patients with mental disorders (regardless of whether they have received services from a social work station): 1) Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score <60; 2) Education level of junior high school or above; 3) Informed consent from both the patient and their guardian; 4) Exclusion of severe physical illness, dementia, intellectual disability, other severe cognitive impairments, or substance abuse. (2) Family members of patients with mental disorders: 1) Family members who meet the criteria for patients with mental disorders as described above; 2) Education level of junior high school or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the study; 2. Poor communication skills or cognitive impairments, making it impossible to complete the interview; 3. Participation in other related intervention studies.
