Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient clearly suffered from acute liver damage due to excessive intake of APAP and was admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after the excessive intake of APAP. This meets the diagnostic criteria for acute drug-induced liver injury. 2.Age range: 18 - 60 years old; 3.Agree to this experiment and sign the consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Does not meet the above diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria; 2.Recently, other medications that may affect the assessment of liver damage have been used, or other liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, and autoimmune liver disease have been concurrently present. 3.Merge patients with other primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and hematological disorders; 4.Women during pregnancy or lactation period;
